Hi Guys, Hope you enjoyed the webinar on Greens Plus. Just wanted to test your understanding on this supplement. So, answer the following questions.
1. You need 10 servings of GOOD fruits and vegetables a day (and by good i mean stuff like whole apples and oranges, berries, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, carrots and spinach/green lettuce to name a few. How many servings do you actually consume on a normal day keeping in mind 1 serving = around 2/3 cup?
2. Is it ok to replace fruits and vegetables with greens plus?
3. What is the purpose of taking Greens Plus?
4. If you did not want to take greens plus what would be another quick and convenient option to get more fruits and veggies in without eating more of them? I did not cover this so want you to think here about what else you could do.
5. Greens Plus has been shown to increase how alkaline the blood and urine is. How does this benefit you?
6. What are the results of the excessive intake of oxygen (which is what happens when you exercise/play hard) and how can Greens Plus minimize this harmful effect?
7. What does the statement "Don't call me Sir, I work for a living" mean?
8. Who is the smartest and most interesting man in the world? This is worth 10 extra compliance points if you answer this correctly!

1) I consume probably around 3 cups if iPad to guess. 2) yes but it would probably be a good idea to still be eating fruits and vegetables along with it! 3)to make sure you get all the fruit and befit inked your body needs for the day! 4)there are probably other powders or supplements you could take or just be eating 10 servings a day. 5)can help prevent cancer 6)can cause damage to cells, nerves, and lungs. Green plus helps this not happen. 8)Kyle Rose hahaha
