1. Kyle Rose RD, LD 2. Insilun, Growth hormone, and the BIG T 3. Added Sugar 4. T 5. Sleep, Proper Training, and Adequate Protein Intake. 6. No 7. Consume a moderate amount of carbohydrates: beans, fruits.... 8. Fat building cells that grow a resistance to insulin and continue builing and frowing fat cells. 9. Binds up testosterone and makes it useless. Left over testosterone. makes you bigger faster and stronger. 10. F 11. T

1. Kyle Rose RD, LD 2. Insulin, Big T, and the Growth Hormones 3. Sugary calories in liquids 4. T 5. Proper workout/exercise, intake of proteins, and plenty of sleep 6. No 7. Consume carbohydrates 8. It's when cells are not affected by the actions of insulin 9. The testosterone in the body becomes useless except for the remaining that helps build muscle 10. F 11. T
