My strategy is to keep water on my most the time in just a water in my backpack so I am not thirsty, so I'm not tempted to sting bad things. Water help the body athletically by keeping it hydrated!

I usually drink sweet tea a lot but I'm making myself stop. In order to get my body healthy I need to stop. Water is the only thing I have been drinking lately. Drinking water has made me hungrier.

Lawson, if you are getting hungry by changing from sweet tea to water then eat my friend. I sent your dad a list of high calorie shakes to try and make sure and eat more healthy complex carbs to fill you up. + more fruits and veggies. Good Job!
