The SUPERSMOOTHIE is legit!! I really enjoyed the one I had last night, this morning, and the one I am drinking right now!
I did the smoothie with: frozen banana, two handfulls of almonds, alomond milk(unsweetend), spinach leaves, protein powder.
I will adjusting my smoothing by consuming two a day and adding another fruit, like blue berries, and more nuts.

I tried the strawberry super smoothie and it was pretty good. I plan on just keeping it to one a day and seeing how that works for me, then will add a second mid morning if I need too.

Awesome job guys.
I will be sending a list of 20 new Super Smoothie recipes by Sat for variety.
Let me know what concoction you make up based on the general guidelines tomorrow evening and how you like it.
Great to have such a awesome group of guys in this pilot program. You guys are doing great and thanks for your hard work!

The blueberry banana SuperSmoothie is where its at!! I let a few of the boys try mine at school today and they were instantly jealous of my nutrient enriched smoothie!!

Guys, make sure and keep the details of the program from the others. I am giving you guys the program free so we can make it a fine tuned machine and market to the other guys.
You are getting a head start on them and we will run the rest of the athletes though the program staring in May.

I tried the strawberry smoothie and I loved it! I plan to add a second smoothie to my mornings to put on a little weight! If there is anything else that can help put on weight quicker, like any added products or increased size, please let me know!

My recipe for the super smoothie is: a handful of strawberries, 2 scoops vanilla protein powder, handful of frozen blueberries, 1 fistful of spinach, handful of almonds, 1/2 cup of yogurt, and 10 cubes of ice. I can't say it was the best smoothie I've tasted so far, but it was pretty decent! I think I'll be sticking to the recipes though lol

My smothie is absolutely amazing! I want to have them more than once or twice a day! Mine is strawberries, frozen bananas, protein powder, LOTS of spinach leaves, and almonds! It's so good! I'm thinking about adding more vegetables to mine, and throwing in some peaches!

Go ahead and do 2/day.
Cory, everything we do in this program is designed to get you big. We will keep adding good solid nutrition tips as we go to continue to develop you. Stay patient. Once we have implemented all of the habits by week 10 or so then I will start individualizing your diet plan to meet your exact needs and to ensure great outcomes. We won't be adding anymore supplements because they are simply an addition to a solid nutrition plan.

I have had the strawberry banana and the blueberry banana smoothie. Both of them are pretty delicious. I have been drinking one a day and that is working pretty good for me. I will adjust if I need to but so far I'm great
